Interline Therapeutics is pleased to offer a comprehensive array of benefit programs to support employee health and wellness. These benefit programs are provided through our partnership with Insperity.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Comprehensive Healthcare plans that include medical, dental and vision. The Company covers 100% of the costs of coverage for employees and 80% for eligible dependents.

STOCK OPTIONS

All new employees regardless of level are given stock options.

LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE

Basic life and AD&D insurance are provided automatically at no cost to eligible employees.

SHORT-TERM & LONG-TERM DISABILITY

Short- & Long-Term disability coverage is offered

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA)

If an employee is enrolled in a high deductible health plan (HDHP), they can contribute a portion of their paycheck to an HSA to help pay for eligible health care expenses on a pre-tax basis subject to annual IRS limits.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA)

FSA provides an account to help employees pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care and dependent day care expenses on a pre-tax basis subject to IRS limits.

DEPENDENT CARE FLEXIBLE SAVING ACCOUNT

Allows for pre-tax reimbursement of certain expenses related to dependent care expenses.

TIME OFF & HOLIDAYS

The Company offers a generous vacation policy as well as 9 sick days and 13 paid holidays.

COMMUTER BENEFITS

The Commuter Benefits Program allows employees to save on their work commute by paying for eligible mass transit and/or parking expenses with pretax dollars.

401K RETIREMENT SAVING PLAN

Upon hire, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s sponsored 401K through our partnership with Insperity. This plan allows for employees to make pre-tax and Roth contributions to save for retirement.

ADOPTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Adoption assistance is available for reimbursement for main purpose of adoption of an eligible child.

WELLNESS

Employees and their families have access to additional health and wellness resources through Insperity Perks at Work, which offers discounts and member pricing for more than 1,500 merchants.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

Available to all employees and their dependents. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers a variety of resources to support every aspect of their health and wellbeing.
